emotions
i think i have been worrying the whole day. probably would have been worrying till tomorrow or forever. after clearing up the misunderstanding, i kind of felt slightly better. hope by tomorrow it will be all gone.
today i almost overslept. i woke up when the alarm rang but i off it and went back to sleep. at 8.40, i rushed to the toilet and washed up. i had to be at the home at 9 but here i am at home till 8.55. as the home was only a few blocks away from my house, i was late for only 5 minutes. i think if it did not rain, i would have reached earlier.
at the home, yingxuan and i were asked to take a seat first, while they prepare things for us to do. we caught up with each other on the days we did not meet. think i forgot my worries for awhile then. soon, it was time for work. we toured around the home in less than 5 minutes and were asked to do household chores already.
i was asked to wash the sinks, bathrooms and toilets while yingxuan swept and mopped the floor. it was a tiring job but i finished quicker than her. in the end, to make things faster, i helped her swept and mopped too. think it was because i did housework BEFORE. (notice that i emphasise 'before', now im just slacking at home, getting nagged by my parents. if they knew i am doing housework outside, they will nagged even more.)
we finished at about 12 and decided to have lunch together. we ate at a nearby food centre and i had to helped yingxuan buy her food and drinks as she was dead tired. she even had blister when she only swept and mopped, guess she's not used to doing housework. i stoned with her after eating, listening to each other's problems, guess nobody's perfect.
after lunch, i went to meet nelson at toa payoh. he wanted to buy cherry liqouer chocolate at marks & spencer, so i went to orchard to accompany him. we first went to wheelocks place where we tried to find it but the sales person said it was out of stock. we then went to paragon and continue the hunt, again the sales persn said it was out of stock. disappointed, we went to centrepoint. it was like amazing race but hunting only for marks & spencer as we were rushing for time as nelson had bowling training and we were late. centrepoint too was out of stock. finally we asked which other outlets carry the stock and the person replied that all the outlets are out of stock and are waiting for the shipment to come in.
we could have asked the person at wheelocks which other outlets carry the chocolate and save all the walking from orchard to centrepoint, but it was good excercise. so i went back home while nelson had his training.
daddy, please help me to control my emotions, i am also seeing the need to change. i think that i want to start being nice to my fwens and only teasing them when it's appropriate. i hope there would not be a second incident. please help me to learn from this incident and be a better person. i also want to pray for all my fwens who are down for whatever reasons that they will cheer up. i hope that they will be able to see your plans which are always good. amen.
