have a break, have a kit-kat
finally a break from staying at home. was supposed to go out to watch enchanted today but hoiting and wanchin were sick, wonder why the virus so mean, leaving me and the rest to watch. in the end, i decided not to go because im not even close to them and almost stayed at home. however, managed to ask yingxuan out.
we had lunch at bishan where we ate at a hawker centre. i ate fish soup with rice and the person gave me so little fish, SELFISH! following that, we went to bishan library to complete some of our holiday homework. have not touched it since last week. managed to complete permutations and combinations and linear equations tutorial. felt quite accomplished.
after doing our work till we could not take it, we decided to take a walk around junction 8. we walked around into shops, looking for christmas presents, helping yingxuan shop. i read a book and found out that worries are not meant to be handled by us, but by god. leave all our worries to him and lead our happy lifestyle.
then i went for cell group. today there was no sharing, instead we played games mostly on IQ, thinking out of the box. my cell leader then link these games back to our walk with god. it was quite fun and exciting.
daddy, thank you for giving me a fun day after all the peaceful days. maybe i should leave all my worries with you and stop worrying once and for all. i pray that you will help me and my friends solve all their problems and lessen their burden. amen.
