saturday again
just came back from church. today is not as happening as the other two days but it's still alright. woke up quite late in the morning at about 11, which was the first time in so many days. i went to meet yingxuan a few blocks away from my house. we both went to an elderly home so as to become a volunteer to complete our nyaa. but to our dismay, it's office hours only operate on monday to friday from 9 - 5.30. so in the end we went home without doing anything.
later on, i went to my grandmother house to have my lunch. she's quite a good cook, i must say. every saturday, i would go to her house to have my lunch and then go to church, it's like my weekly routine.
today's sermon was on "how to be a caring person". it sort of relate to me as i want to be a caring person, i want to touch people lives. so to be caring, i must have compassion to love and care for people. i must have contact with people to go the extra mile for him. lastly, it involves cash, there's a cost if i want to bless the person, but i feel that it's worth it. he even speak on looking into the eyes of people, and look out for the "i-need-help" in their eyes.
daddy, today i want to be able to spot these people who need help and be able to care and help them. give me a heart of compassion to care for them. i also want to thank you for today, although there's nothing happening today, to me, everything's peaceful, and that's all i ask. amen.
