totally exhausted
my eyelids weigh a ton now! im very tired after going through the activities for the whole day. i need my beauty sleep.
today, i had general paper lecture and i had to wake up at 9 even though i slept at 2. i had to foce myself awake and go to school. the whole lecture was quite boring as they briefed us only on next year's work and our dreaded holiday homework.
then, nelson, zhonghao and i went to nyp to eat our lunch. zhonghao who is very kind bought for us an extra packet of fries which we were not grateful because nelson had sore throat and cough and could not eat while i did not feel like eating fries as i feel that it's unhealthy. however, sicne there was nobody to help finish the fries, i had to eat it all up. SINFUL!
after lunch, i went home to pack my swimming stuff and went to hougang swimming complex to swim with nelson. the sun was beating down hard on us and we decided to tan ourselves a little. we had a great time swimming about, although i was exhausted. i had not swum for almost 2 years and suddenly going swimming was weird. i had to adapt once again to the water and practise the swimming strokes. i gave nelson some help as he too did not swim for a very long time.
after swimming, i met my mother and 2 aunties at thiong bahru where we took a bus to chinatown. we went to og to do some shopping. i was all alone walking around the men's section with nothing to look at. my auntie even wanted to buy me a $50 shirt which i declined as i will feel bad. however, i tried the shirt for fun and did not buy.
following that, we went to the chinatown food street to have our dinner. we bought lots of food till i could not eat anymore. so i left them to do all the eating while i just watched them slowly eat and talk at the same time. by then i was really tired and just felt like taking a cab home. due to the cost, we took a bus straight to toa payoh where i took a short nap.
so now im here safely home. though exhausted, im blogging to allow readers of my blog to satisfy their addiction and not keep pestering me to hurry blog.
daddy, thank you for keeping safe today. these few days, you have been allowing me to enjoy myself and im grateful for that. im also thankful that now everything is quite peaceful without any problems, please let this stay for awhile more. amen.
